"Das Hotel liegt sehr gut, um fußläufig die Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erkunden. Wir sind vom Flughafen mit der Bahn in die Stadt gefahren. Hatten dann ohne umsteigen zu müssen ca 7 Min zu Fuß bis zum Hotel. Wir waren ca 1 Stunde vor dem offiziellen Check-In dort und durften trotzdem schon unser Zimmer beziehen. Wir haben ein größeres Zimmer bekommen, was wir sehr gut fanden, da wir dann Platz mit unseren Koffern hatten.
Ich würde jederzeit wieder ins citizenM."

"Housekeeping was friendly and efficient and staff was very helpful in answering questions. Also, loved how close the area was to all the shopping and tourist activities."
"the cleaning ladies were very sweet and helpful, there was a bit of a language barrier but all of our needs were met with the little of each other’s language we all did know. i appreciate them so much ! the staff were very nice but asked to see my key card as if i hadn’t been there the previous day but overall the stay was pleasant and i would highly recommend!!"
"Amazing Hostel and great prices for it being in the heart of downtown. Highly recommend, staff is so friendly and welcoming. There was some staining on the curtains and a couple more stains on the furniture but other than that i have no complaints! "
"They have the right mattress firmness and soundproofed room that we forgot we were in the middle of the city. The hotel is very close to a hospital but did not hear the sirens and had a restful and good night sleep. "

However, this was a minor point, and I would definitely stay here again."
