"We never checked in because despite having a fully paid reservation they refused us at the lobby saying there were no rooms. We still haven't received our refund either from expedia or them"

"Housekeeping was terrible they would not provide what I needed called for service did not come refuse to give new towels and cheese was told to wait for toilet paper front desk except Miss Wilson were terrible. Miss Wilson was the only one who was helpful and great"

"Affordable parking was difficult, we ended up using a third party for parking and got a ride to the hotel. The hotel itself was very clean and all the staff were extremely friendly. We were very happy with the room we got for the price we paid. Breakfast was decent, and there are plenty of restaurants surrounding the hotel for other meals. "

"Their website says it's pet friendly, which is completely false. There was no point in having pillows since they're almost as flat as the actual bed. Props to their ac, works great. There was nobody there to receive keys when I went in. It was an ok stay, but them not taking pets was infuriating."

"I have stayed here many times and the staff is great but my room had a a very bad smell . Staff is always great but I stayed for 3 nights and I ran out of towels. Still a good value but I may change to a different hotel at Midway airport. Great Mexican food across the street. I would recommend but it's "no frills". Also, good free breakfast, if you're on a Budget."

"They charge Elite members $25 for early check-in. It was 1pm. They had the room but didn't want to offer it complimentary. Marriott Elite offerings have gone down over the years, so I started booking Hilton who has no problem offering me an early check-in. They do not offer daily housekeeping, so not sure where that money is going. The fitness room had 2 elliptical machines out of order. The rooms are dated. This is my last stay at Marriott. I am canceling the Canada hotel and booking Hilton....

"Property consists of two adjacent buildings and appears to be under renovation Can only comment on the back building which is where we stayed. Back building has been recently renovated. Our room had been modernized and came with a microwave & minifridge. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water for showering. Parking was easy and the lot between the two buildings was ample. Distance from any parking space to the building doors was short. The motel staff was...
