"I don’t recommend this motel. Stay away. I had a very bad allergic reaction because they have mold in the room. Thats not the main issue bathroom light was broken. And the ac was broken. I totally got scammed. Stay way and don't the picture they are AI made. No pillow. Overall eww is was my reaction. Not a human can stay in here. I stay for 2 mint and got almost lost my breath. Came out with a very bad allergic reaction. Was sick for 2 days."

"Convenient location to Midway, and good restaurant with friendly staff. My room was very nice and the bedroom room itself was clean, however, there were problems with the bathroom. There was mold in the shower in several spots, the body wash container was empty and the lotion container was empty as well. I didn't notice these things until I was already in the shower - too late to make a change. In the morning, when I wanted a cup of coffee in my room, I discovered the coffee maker was broken....

"DONT COME HERE. Plain and simple. Came here as a solo traveler for work. Felt unsafe at all times. Loitering around the entrance and halls, loud noises from people screaming on the phone or at eachother. Bed was outdated and prob 20+ years old. I left mid way during my stay bc it was that bad. "

"Overall the place was very nice. The breakfast we paid for in advance didn't start until 7:30a, which is odd for a hotel so close to the airport. The coffee shop & restaurant both opened later than 7:30 as well...we left at 7:40 and that wasn't enough time to grab breakfast or coffee. We did appreciate the on-brand dove soap throughout!"

"Their website says it's pet friendly, which is completely false. There was no point in having pillows since they're almost as flat as the actual bed. Props to their ac, works great. There was nobody there to receive keys when I went in. It was an ok stay, but them not taking pets was infuriating."

"There are only two reasons to choose this hotel: its low price and its location—a 10-minute walk to the city train. Other than that, it falls short in many areas: poor management, understaffing (one person seems to handle everything), lack of attention to refilling breakfast items, weak wifi, and non-standard blankets and pillows, to name a few."

"This is an older 2 story property with great big refinished rooms with lake views. Daily attention to room turndown excellent! Front desk staff very nice. Location is wonderful with the highway close, biking path and water close, food a short walk, and museums a short drive. Parking is free. Downside is part of the property is defunct with an empty pool, unused cafe and unused conference bldg. no elevator, no ice machine and poor shower pressure. A great price and memorable stay for us and...

"We arrived in the evening to find our room humid, stale, and without any air circulation. The air conditioner was off, and it would not turn on when we attempted to use it. When we contacted the front desk, we were instructed to troubleshoot the unit ourselves by unplugging and reconnecting it. We were also informed that maintenance was not on site and that a ticket would need to be submitted.
