"My stay was only for a night; I wouldn't stay longer. The interior and exterior are not kept up. The bedding is questionable. I would consider bringing your own blanket and pillow or just covering the bed and pillows when lying on it. Their blanket is very thin. Wear socks or slippers; the floor is sticky, and bring an air freshener. Not sure what cleaning supplies are used, but the room needs airing out. It's a bad area or the surroundings are bad."

"Wow! What a great experience this was. I love how when I walked in the hotel I immediately saw smiling faces and a poster of President Obama in the corner. It was right on brand for my stay as I was visiting the Obama Presidential Center for the Grand Opening weekend. The breakfast was delicious and I love that we had a space to park at the hotel. This hotel was convenient for my commute in Hyde Park. I will be back. Thank you, staff for your service and kind hospitality!"

"All of the above were GREAT. I'd stay next time in town. The manager goes around and checks on things. Keeps the employees straight. Daisy at the counter was helful when I called with questions and all were very helpful suggesting restaurants and such. Although I missed not having a coffee maker in the room, the frech ground machines in the lobby more that made up for it. Never saw that anywhere else. Buffett food was good and she kept it fresh, clean and stocked. I told her too."

"The owner was the best owner I have experienced in a hotel/motel experience. It was a great location only 6 miles from midway airport with an excellent location to use the CTA throughout Chicago. The 383 takes you directly from the airport to the hotel, and vice versa. You can also take the orange line at the airport right at the heart of downtown chicago. Definitely recommend this place 100%"

"The staff were so pleasant and accomodating and helpful. We were standed without our luggage and they gave is toothbrushes and explained all the ammenities. The only one of which we used was the shuttle. They helped us figure out how to use the tv. Their courtesy helpes make a bad situation better"

They told a few stories that didn't add up. First, my room was not ready yet, so If I waited 15 minutes it would be ready. "Middle of china town and walking distance to all the shops. Only down fall was there was no parking garage for the hotel."

"The room was ant infested. The ants got into our new can of $46 formula which weh and all over items on tv counter. Once I got up and started moving around the ants were in our bed and bags. I requested a new room and was given one. The shower had shampoo smeared on wall and all over dispenser as if it weren't cleaned prior to our arrival. All I was given was free parking since I booked through a third-party."
