"Booked this stay for my husband Birthday. Wanted to make sure he enjoyed himself as well as me. I spent over $800 for the corner room, check in is at 4pm and we arrived about 430ish. Got to the room and the Amenities I purchased wasn’t there which was $100(they stated it would be at 4pm) which is why I want to arrive later. I noticed that the bed sheets were ripped, small stains on the couch in front of bed and the seat in the corner by the window that creeped me out. So we left and via Hilton...

"Skip this hotel. Their deadlocks do not work on ANY hotel doors and the staff is aware and still checking people in. They apologized and told me to use the latch. So unsafe. I got a full refund and booked elsewhere."

"She's an old girl but impeccably maintained. Beautiful room with a view of the lake and Navy Pier fireworks.
The only opportunity for improvement would be more towels and washcloths from the outset. Staff were quick to correct though when we asked for more."

"Old hotel
Room not really clean
They gave me a room with no refrigerator or microwave on top of the bar
Toilet would run. You had to turn off it's water source to make it stop.
Old carpet
Only two real grace is it's in walking to miracle Mile attractions."

"Hotel is kept in pristine condition. Everyone is extremely helpful regardless of what you need. Entire hotel is spotless and clean. It is not noisy despite being a very busy hotel. Convenient downtown location as well."
