"The outlet by the sink & the air conditioner did not work. The room darkening curtains did not cover the windows."

"The fact that we are 91 years old and my wife and I were exhausted as it was around midnight the staff was very courteous, but our room was 100 yards away. The last room of the hotel, it seems like a lot of remodeling is going on. But we should’ve been notified how far away our room was when we checked in and asked for help."

"Fun boutique hotel with quirky shops and delicious food hall. The beer from the brewery was excellent and there were several outdoor spaces to enjoy a quick dinner or long talk with friends."

"cool historic property. Just know that your room is going to face a busy major Fargo street, regardless of which room you are assigned. The rooms have no sound proofing. (more on that later). Fargo is a major motorcycle city in the summer, so, traffic and loud bikes, until around sunset, are it seems almost constant. Back to the noise. Staying on the 2nd level, the first level with guest rooms, the sound of the occupant in the room above me was also quite irritating. Whoever had that room...

"My fire alarm in my room went off once at 240 than again at 650 and 7 offered"

"Staff was excellent. Didn’t like people off the street coming in to swim. We didn’t feel comfortable with some in the pool. Hot tube was excellent. I wouldn’t pit towels all over, keep on shelve. Didn’t know if someone was sitting there. Room was excellent."

"The location is easy to get to from the interstate. The neighborhood is so so. I would stay here again though."

"This property has seen better days. Unfortunately, I think it’s about time to knock it down. The property did not seem clean at all and was not well maintained. From rusted light fixtures in the bathroom to carpet coming up, this place was in a pretty sorry state. The staff was fine, breakfast was surprisingly good, and the shower was out of shampoo and body wash. This place would do in an absolute pinch, but it still isn’t cheap enough for me to justify a stay there."

"Sadly our room was not cleaned thoroughly—our bathroom had used towels hanging in it and toothpaste on the vanity. There was no shampoo in the container hanging in the shower. The bathroom needed obvious repairs done as well. The bedspreads had questionable stains on them. When I told the lady at the front desk about the bathroom she did apologize and stated she “told them to finish cleaning that room yesterday.” No discounts offered or anything to try to make it right."

"The hotel is being remodeled, but it did not interfere with my stay. My room was clean, the staff was helpful, and my nights sleep was excellent. The breakfast the next morning was beter than expected at a hotel. I was unsure when I saw that there was some renovation going on when I stopped, but I am glad I did. I had a very nice stay and would gladly stop in again. Also, very reasonable price!"

"The staff behind the desk were friendly and helpful about the area. The room was clean and quiet. Coming into the lobby gave a warm outdoor vibe. Great place."

"The room itself was clean. However the fixtures (dressers, counters, faucets, etc) looked and functioned like returns from Home Depot. The outside door lock was non-functional, so anyone could enter the hotel."

"The pictures didn't look like what we encountered. Door clothes hanger fell off twice. THw shower curtain rod was bent so shower curtain always slidmopen while taking a shower."
