"The location was great for the event that I went to. The staff were great and kind. We didn’t stay too long so we didn’t use the amenities. I think we were give a coupon as well. So the place was beautiful as well to stay."

"The outside was very in destress. The smell hits you when you get in, smells like cat urine. The knobs for automatic doors for handicap were broken. The AC didn’t work, the vent in the bathroom was dirty, the reception for the TV was spotty at best. The smell in the rooms were much better. The outlet that the fridge was plugged into was cracked, fire hazard. Came to this hotel because of a concert across the street, location was perfect. I guess location won’t be the reason I stay again."

"Expedia double booked to my room so I ended up paying for two rooms. The first room was on first floor looking at the parking lot and construction, and the shade would not go down. Staff seemed ill trained and uninformed."

Why would a hotel with such a huge empty lot charge a nightly parking fee for someone already paying over $200 for a room in Fargo, ND? That makes no sense at all. Why are the bathrooms so crappy? "I arrived, waiting 25 mins in line to check-in, finally got to the desk, first interaction was with a new staff, waited for them to get help from other staff, than to be told that I did not have a room. They were booked & as I booked this months in advance & got a rude staff that couldn't look at me while they were talking & just stated to take it up with the manager."

"The General Manager, Rachelle Lucien, was very helpful when my friend became I'll. She offered to assist in a prescription pickup if needed. The hotel is clean. Several areas need to be brought up to usual Fairfield standards. The bathroom (room 206) in the room had some mold in the grout. The door seal leaked and cuddled on the floor. Also, the hot water faucet in the sink looked new but was difficult to turn on/off."
