"The room was labeled as equipped with AC but they removed the controls from the room. When asked about it they took hours to respond, and it didn’t end up getting resolved. Last message to them got completely ignored by them. Had to sleep with no air flow and in an uncomfortably hot room. Extremely loud outside all night. Lots of broken furniture and scuffed walls. "Our stay was wonderful! We arrived later in the evening and our hosts were extremely patient and helpful. They recommended a restaurant nearby (Trattoria da Christian) that was possibly the best meal we had in Italy. The property is immaculately clean and the shower was fantastic. We absolutely recommend staying at this property!"
