"The layout of the property is confusing with mulitple buildings and changing lifts on different floors to access my room & hotel facilties"

"The location and breakfast were the main highlights for me. There are many subway stations close by and also buses, taxis, and bondes, all around Praça da Figueira. The view from my room was beautiful and I had a tiny balcony. Breakfast is a great continental style with fresh cut fruits, yogurt, different fresh pastries and bread, croissant, cakes, and cereal. Great variety! The shared bathroom was always available and super clean. I hadn’t had to wait not once to use it. It’s a great cost benefit!"

"Overall the hotel is average. Rooms are small and we could not walk around our room without ducking on the 4th floor due to the walls sloping inward. Additionally, the cable tv barely worked and the tv would go in and out. When you walk into the building we stayed in, you have to take a stairway up to the first floor to get on an elevator. There was a funky smell to the building. A little like sewage or a dead animal, we aren’t sure. The positives were that the room and bathroom were updated and clean. Location is decent. "

"Everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful. The hotel was beautiful and clean. They had free water for guest. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious. One of the better hotels I have stayed at in awhile. It was also well located near the train station, numerous resteraunts and had a great area for Uber to pick up right in front. Perfect stay"

"Maybe it was just where my room was located but every morning the housekeepers would start at 8am making a lot of noise. I travel a lot and have stayed in a number of hotels and I’ve never experienced this before. I think it’s because my room was right next to their closet but it was truly unbearable. Also the walls are very thin. There’s a constant slamming of doors, stomping up the stairs, and people just overall being loud and inconsiderate. That’s just the vibe of the hotel. Probably because it's centrally located. TBH the noise outside didn’t bother me at all. It was solely the noise inside the hotel. "

"The location was great. The staff were helpful. I couldn't enjoy the breakfast because it didn't open early enough. 7:30 was too late. The only negative was that my room had an unpleasant odour."
