"I will never stay here again. Staff was so rude upon check in and even worse at check out l. Staff didn’t want to help us with a bell boy to help us carry our luggage to our room. Was very dismissive to even greeting us. Our restroom was dirty only had two towels. When we were to the front desk and said hello and the female staff answered with an attitude filled bye! And I said excuse me she said what do you want? I said excuse me then she answered with what? I did not get her name she did not tell me but I do know she was a supervisor according to the other staff. I asked for the soap in the restroom to be refilled and it never was. The room smelled and wasn’t clean properly and the staff was so rude. For entering the hotel and exiting the hotel the staff seemed to be just not very friendly. I understood it was a busy weekend but this is your job and the environment of working in a hokey environment and customer service I would think you would be more friendly."

"Paris is a great hotel/casino. We enjoyed our stay. The room was not clean. We found clothes left behind from someone else, like the room was not throughly cleaned before we arrived. The carpet looks totally worn out and felt a little dirty. But besides that, we had a good time. With so many places to stay in Vegas, I think we will try somewhere else next time. "

"Our room ac was on the fritz, the USB ports did not work and fridge was horribly loud. That being said we really never spent much time in our room. The hotel is a great value. The staff was courteous and the rooms and entire hotel was spotless."

"Room was clean and spacious but you can tell it’s run down. Bathroom was clean but the tub and shower were stained. But good for sleeping. We hung out in the casino and pool most of the time. Always a good time but looks a little dated"
