Mr. Abraham at the front desk went far and beyond to make sure my tour to the Glacier 3000 was sorted properly and the van came to the hotel instead of meeting them at the airport. "The hotel was in a perfect location, right by the lake with a lovely walk by the lake to the old Town. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was superb with amazing fresh bread, you could smell from the 5th floor. The restaurant staff were particularly friendly and helpful. The restaurant itself was a lovely space to have a leisurely breakfast "
