"Had a very pleasant stay. Staff was pleasant. The hotel was clean, well maintained, the pool area was nice and clean. I didn't hear other guests when in my room. The breakfast options were delicious with a good variety. My only complaint is that the ac unit is louder than I prefer as I am a very light sleeper but I just turned it off at night."

The layout of the property was great, meaning the exterior was nice and clean except for the [unattended] used linen pushed into a corner under the steps. I guess quitting time means immediately stop what your doing in some places, no matter what, like someone yelling 'fire'. "Well,the first morning that i had breakfast,i was given a paper cup for coffee,so i thought maybe they were out of real cups ,so there was a another couple came in and they got real coffee cups,and i thought my waitress was rushing things,i didn't like that but my next day breakfast was EXCELLENT"

"The bathroom wasn't that cleaned, it had hair in the drain and hair on the shower head. Their was still some food crumbs on the floor by the bed, it had hair also on the floor by the sleeper sofa. A little kid toy was by air conditioning. The pillows are not comfortable at all, people smoking 🚬 in their rooms"
