"All was good"

"Thank you to the staff at Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Kuala Lumpur for a warm and comfortable stay. Our Premier One-Bedroom Suite was spacious, modern, and well-equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, Nespresso machine, and BOH tea. The host was friendly, helpful, and very responsive...

"Good price Nice staff Wonderful lobby area Nice room Nice location "

"Do not book this property. No checkin instructions. No staff available upon arrival. No response on the message and phone number provided. I was left stranded at the property. I have prepaid and now asking Expedia for refund. I have to look for an alternative hotel at last minute at a higher price across the road. The address provided was not accurate as it was to another hotel at the front. Very misleading indeed. What else can I say? Do not book this property as it was a SCAM!"
