"No temp control in room. Not the usual amenities of a higher priced hotel. Room had no window to look out of. Depressing and they told me we had been upgraded
Over 500.00 a night. Not appropriate pricing
Location is excellent but still…"

"Location is central to a lot of tourist attractions. Seconds to Times Square, close to Central Park, tons of nearby shopping and restaurants. Staff at check in were very friendly. The lobby has a very pleasant smell and the chaos from outside is left at the door. The lobby and rooms are quiet and very clean. The rooftop bar is a nice perk and offers awesome views especially at night. Rooms are spacious. We would definitely come again."

"Used to be my favorite place to stay. Almost seems as though once Marriott got involved it has lost its charm. warmth of staff is gone, rooms take forever to be cleaned. Workman pounding outside windows before 6 a.m.
When they were new there was a lot of attention to detail. Not any more."

"The location is great and the staff were friendly and helpful. However the room had no window and was very dark and claustrophobic as a result. Breakfast was ok but there was not a big choice, I had a croissant on day 1 but by day 2 they had run out of croissants so the choice was even less.
There were no bedside tables as not enough room, and no glasses for drinking in the room, just plastic cups in the bathroom. Room service was very slow and eventually arrived in a take away container in a...
