"Easy check in. The pool was amazing; warm water!! Nice modern hotel. Decent breakfast. My main complaint was the cleanliness of the room. The shower was really dirty, hair and shampoo on the walls and ceiling. The bed got moved slightly and the amount of dirt on the floor was disgusting."

"We enjoyed our stay! Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and the person who checked us in was really friendly. The unit was great overall. There were kcups for the coffee machine, which we appreciated, and we loved the layout. The location was very close to the Sleeman Centre, which is one reason we picked it. We found there was a lot of noise from outside and people in the hallways, which made it harder for us to sleep. Our bedroom door didn't actually close, which would not have been a big deal, except we did crack the window because we were hot, which caused the door to move back and forth. (It also made it noisier, of course, but we could hear people even before we opened it.) Definitely recommend bringing a noise machine if you're a light sleeper (we had one and still found it loud), and turn down the heat and crack the windows during the evening if you're a hot sleeper, so you can close the windows at night. Oddly, both TVs turned themselves on at 2 am, which woke me immediately. Honestly, we would stay here again, we would just try to be more prepared for noise and lowering the temperature before bedtime. "

"The customer service was excellent. The breakfast was not large, however the food for a a “free breakfast” was much better than most. Everything was very clean and there was someone there to assist and made sure it stayed spotless. This might sound weird but the muffins were excellent. The sausage patties we excellent, and for the scrambled eggs, they were the best I’ve had an “breakfast included” stop. They even had passion fruit juice and allowed me to take my coffee in my thermos for my drive. They are renovating and did not make any noise during the evening and even during the day the sound was minimal (in hallways) and I heard nothing from my room. The bed was very comfortable, pillows were perfect, linen spot less and very soft. The value was incredible. And again the customer service was excellent and before officially checking in, the customer service rep actually suggested using Expedia for the best price. It’s more on the outskirt of the City, however it only take 10min to get to downtown. There were also a lot of restaurants nearby. "

"The Breadalbane Inn was a super quaint and lovely inn full of character and charm. We were headed over to an early afternoon wedding so we asked if we could check in early and they were super accommodating and kind (complete with a complimentary glass of prosecco!) Our room was small but cozy and bright. I would definitely recommend to anyone staying for a weekend or even just one night! "
