"Property was a disaster the rooms were nothing like picture showed seemed like the majority of guests lived there they said breakfast was included but that was not true and if it was I probably would have been afraid to eat it. I highly recommend you find different accommodations. Unfortunately I was in a pinch for a business related trip thankfully I was able to leave a day early."

"The front desk clerk with Red hair was so pleasant and friendly. The room was nicely decorated. A 1 inch beetle was in our bathroom which I killed and flushed. There were dead bugs around the floor next to the walls. Not sure if they were spider meals or if they had sprayed something to kill them but the debris needed cleaning. "Went through Expedia that charged me $166 and the property charged a room rate with them for $256 on top of $166 I already paid and that wasn't for incidentals that was $100 separate which understand. The staff said they took care of it but it seems as though the re fund is going to take a few days..."

"Property was very clean and the staff was friendly and very helpful. Parking was vast and plenty options that were close to the door . Breakfast could have definitely been better but it was fresh just needed more options. Rooms were clean and staff was attentive. Did not see one bug !!"

"We had no sink hot water. Were told it could not be fixed till next day. I asked for a differt room, he said(owner) they were full up and we could just use shower water. We were staying 5 days. No one showed up. We did find the lines were swiched with our own search. No one came the next day and we did NOT tell them we fixed it. 3rd day asked for clean towels and was informed I had to bring them to laundry and get even exchange only! I did go get them and then was told the laundry was closed"

"The room was clean and the staff were awesome!! However, the hotel could use some TLC in the lobby area. The carpet needs to be replaced in the hallways and elevator. The fan in the bathroom needs to fixed. Also, they just need to update the TV’s to smart TV’s. But all in all it was a pleasant stay."
