"There was only one person at desk that was rude everyone else was wonderful Breakfast was ok . Rooms were very clean and well equipped. Starbucks was a stones throw away inside the 3 storey mall. Which was a great place to hang out in the heat. Streets were bare the mall was packed. Close enough to walk into old town area. We did in 40 degree heat. Melted but we did it Tram towards rivers is outside lobby. I'd return here"

"Had a last minute (literally) cancellation, and found this hotel as we touched down in Lyon. Great value for the money considering the excellent location of the hotel. Free snacks and drinks were a great bonus.
Bathrooms are a bit odd, but clean!
Air conditioning was good…but could be better in a heat wave.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Overall, great experience - especially considering it was a last minute booking."
