"We had a very nice stay. Love the pool table, water station, grounds that are dog friendly, bedding, shower. Breakfast had 2 pancake stations. Ok selection. Coffee anytime. Nice 1/2 drive to Floyd. Will stay again. Tru is always dog friendly without an extra charge. "

"This is one of the worst stays I have ever had. It is a very dirty, run down hotel that appears to be not cared about at all. The outside of the property was not well kept; trash in parking lot, food, cigarette butts everywhere including right at the entrances. The carpets in the hallways and rooms were disgustingly filthy. It was dusty, stains on towels and sheets. The walls were paper thin. You can hear people stomping above and slamming doors in the halls and even conversations in other rooms. Everything about this place screams they dont care. On the phone we were told they didnt have a deposit and then they charged a $100 deposit at checkin for something so nasty and completely not worth it. Save your time and money and stay somewhere else. Id rather sleep in my car."

"The room was as shown in the photos. Clean, well-appointed and comfortable. The Motel though was decrepit on the outside. No one in reception. they had to make a photocopy of my driver's license to let me in. NO water glass or cup in the room. Expedia totally misled on this booking."
