Amazing hospitality

Despite initial difficulty finding the place at the first time, the overall experience staying here was great. Ahmed proactively contacted me via WhatsApp and provided useful instructions. His entire family was welcoming and when his Mother learned that I couldn't stay for breakfast, she offered to cook me dinner. That was best couscous I’ve ever tried in my life. Amazing hospitality, clean and safe place to stay while in Fes. Certainly recommended to others.

Felt like part of the Fatima family

We had a beautiful stay in Riad Fatima. Whole family made us feel like a part of their family. We had a delicious dinners cooked by Fatima and mornings started with fresh maroccon bread and honey, absolutely lovely. Room was for 3 people on the top floor, cosy and like a regular family bedroom. Location inside medina, so it was a real authentic experience in Maroccon culture and neighbourhood. We loved every moment of it and Fatima and Her family left us full hearted with their kindness and attentiveness. Merci beaucoup Madame Fatima

On a eu de la difficultés a trouvé l'hébergement, arrivé sur place nous nous sommes aperçus que la chambre était trop petite pour 4 personnes ,pas de place de rangements la propreté de la chambre laisse a désirer, on a trouvé un cafard aussi , il n'y avait pas de draps, nous sommes très déçue de cette hébergement et ne reflette pas les notes, les photos ne représente pas la réalité et les lit sont très dur

Horrible. Estaba sucio, olía feo, el baño un horror. Volaban moscas en ma habitación. El personal ni siquiera nos pidió nuestros nombres. Cancelamos el resto de la estancia luego de la primera noche.

La beauté dans la simplicité

Chez Dar Fatima Zahra, je me suis senti comme chez moi (moi et mes enfants). Elle nous a très bien accueilli, elle comme son mari…ils étaient comme ma famille, à me donner tous les bons conseils nécessaires pour les sorties. Le petit déjeuner est typiquement marocain et copieux, la chambre que Fatima Zahra nous a gardé était suffisante pour passer la nuit. Nous avons aussi accès à la terrasse de la maison pour boire un café le matin ou un thé le soir tout en écoutant l’ambiance fassi. J’ai tellement aimé que du coup pour notre retour en France , nous sommes reparti passer notre dernière nuit au Maroc à Fès. Merci Fatima Zahra et ton mari pour votre gentillesse, on reviendra vous voir c’est sûr !

J'ai pris ce riad suite sa notation de 9.6/10 je ne sais pas d'où sort cette note car toutes les photos dans expédia ne reflètent pas la réalité mais pas du tout et ni le descriptif arrivée 16h30, il nous a été proposé un thé d'accueil à 20h une vestusté dans le riad en général et dans la chambre, je n'ai jamais vu ça Pas de poubelle dans la chambre Pas de climatisateur 1 seul prise en hauteur pas pratique quand on est 2 à vouloir charger portable et quand le fil de chargement est cours Pas de bouteille d'eau murs écaillés matelas super dur à notre arrivé qu'un drap housse sur le lit, fallait demander des draps car n'avait mis à dispo que des couvertures pas de service de chambre comme indiqué, les lits sont restés pendant 5 jours tels que nous les laissions le matin Pas de télé rideaux ne filtraient pas la lumière Oiseaux dans le couloir, impossible de se reposer au petit matin nous étions au 2ème, marches très hautes et sales Internet moyen, très mauvais débit la salle de bain n'en parlons pas articles de toilettes gratuits absents douchette fuit ... d'ailleurs douchette non fixée au tuyau.. Odeur égout Miroir sdb trop haut Dejeuner moyen pas très typique (pain au chocolat ou aux raisins), pas de yaourt, pas de fruits sur 5 jours nous avons eu le droit à 2 oeufs dans une tajine à partager 1 seul horaire pour dejeuner 9h30 et commun avec les 3 chambres ... nous nous sommes retrouvées sur une petite table ronde, franchement pas adaptée pour déjeuner avec 2 autres chamb
