"I would not recommend it to anyone. We sweat in our room due to the air conditioning not working properly. We requested our room to be serviced 4 times in two days with nobody ever coming. We had dirty beds, dirty towels, trash overflowing the whole stay. They did not keep beach towels stocked so we had to use our room towels that were already dirty. The spa did not work. Absolutely poor service. "

"Checked in went to the room to find it smelled of mold and mildew, there were stains all over the comforter in one room and the other had holes burnt in the blanket. Sheets and towels were dingy yellow room just appeared to be unclean and unkept. The shared balcony door did not lock and was difficult to open. There was no climate control. Went straight down to the office to notify them they got angry telling us nothing was wrong with the room. I tried to check out so we wasn’t charged for the rest of our stay they refused to check us out or give anything showing we wasn’t staying. Very disappointed with the entire situation. Do not waste your time or money at this place. 3 other families were experiencing the same thing in the hour we were in the lobby trying to resolve similar situation. "
