"The front desk was great however, the room was very humid. The AC did not work. I wouldn’t really call it that clean. The sheet covers on the bed were moist and damp from how humid the room was. My wife my four month year-old baby and my son had a very uncomfortable night"

"We did not have the best of stays here. The room was dated and very tired. Our sink started backing up and water was flowing into the room. Supposedly the air conditioning had frozen up and drained to the sink. Electric outlet hanging from the wall not secured and the balcony door we could not open. Not sure if we will come back here in the future."

We also informed the staff that our room phone was not working shortly after arriving and despite being told they’d come check it out, it was never fixed. The office was closed until 8am and we ran out of...

"1. Housekeeping did not show up to service the room until 6:30 pm 2. Adjacent restaurant (claim jumpers) had extremely poor service"
