"Everything was perfect"

"We chose the 1 king bed with water view. Ended up in Room 328, The room is not laid out like the one I stayed at during a different stay. Which is why I chose this room to begin with instead of two queens. Once the couch was unfolded there was barely room to walk between the bed and couch. Room was clean, stayed quiet even on the corner next to the elevator. Not a bad view, I was just expecting the a double window view as other rooms this style in other Hamptons have. "There is no filter water on each floor except in the lobby and that one was not working. The bottle water is $10 for 1/2 liter. I know the hotel needs to make money but that is too much."

"Pool was a bit small but the location is amazing and beautiful."

"Beach view was good. Staff was good Room was clean but small. No kleenex, no vanity area and no elavator"

"no one smiled or said good morning the parking lot was next to the rooms, always seemed dirty. Complimentary breakfast was "adequate" Packaged pasties. packaged instant oatmeal."

"The AC unit was old and a little noisy. The thing that was more disgusting was the insects in the room. A splattered roach on the wall and some other insect in the bathroom."

"Room had many issues. The refrigerator was not cold when we first arrived which was of concern because our daughter has insulin that must stay cold. Drain for the shower would not stay open so it would fill the tub as you were taking a shower. Towels had visible stains from previous use. The outlets in the bathroom were not functional. Someone walked into our room without knocking or notifying us. The room was a great size but would not stay there again."

"I love this place the staff was amazing had a surprise birthday gift delivered prior to my arrival and everything was in place nothing missing and the room was clean and excellent definitely will be returning in the near future !!!"

"Came here for a little weekend getaway with my wife. Room was very clean and exceeded our expectations. Staff was very helpful and friendly when checking in. Locations is very close to everything you’d need. About 5-10 min from nice beaches and about 20-25 min from Downtown SD. Didn’t get to try out the breakfast provided or the pool area. Overall a great experience and would book again."
