"Check in was super easy, rooms were clean. Lobby and hallways also clean. No sketchy people wandering around, no smoke smells."

Offered a double Queen which we had to take because I was too tired to look for anything else. I'm not sure there was an apology. When we got to the room. There was a pair of socks under the edge of one of the beds. And there were some black hairs on one of the beds. The bathroom wall had lots of nicks in the paint. The lobby is beautiful."

"Huge holes in the ceiling, buckets full of water sitting everywhere. No pool or hot tub as advertised. Road to the facility has huge potholes. Very outdated rooms and furniture. Only 1 elevator and 1 luggage cart. Had to carry everything up three flights of stairs or walk what seemed like a mile. At one time, it was probably a nice place, really needs upgrades. Wouldn’t recommend it in its current condition."
