"I would have loved to leave a 5 star review for this property however my whole check in experience was a nightmare. I was given a room that was on the same level as the lobby and the only window in the room was sitting behind a sitting area of the lobby so I did not want that room due to privacy issues. So I waited until they found me a different room. The next room was situated in a better spot and overlooked the lobby and atrium so I was fine. Until I realized that they gave me a room that was...

Instead of being forth coming in the beginning of the stay, they waited until the end to run my credit card multiple times for different amounts. We finally came to an agreement at the end however we ended up paying more than what was booked with Expedia."
