Any requests we had were met with no hesitation- from baggage storage until we could check in, to storing our take away food containers until we were ready to eat. "Can't recommend the hotel highly enough. The room was wonderful with some lovely imaginative decorative touches - particularly the Dundee Cake recipe! Staff were all really friendly, and when they found that we were there to celebrate our wedding anniversary we received a couple of complimentary drinks too. It's those little touches that really make the difference.
We will without doubt be back next time we visit Dundee."
"Lovely please. We checked in late but we had all the instructions left out for us and then a lady came to find us to tell us what was what. The rooms were very comfortable, lots of tea and coffee. And then the bonus, there was a shared area where they had free tea, coffee, milk, fruit juice, cereals. All for us to enjoy. Would definitely recommend and if we are in the area again, we will be staying here. Fantastic place "
