"This hotel is extremely dated and needs to be updated. The flooring surfaces are dingy. The bathroom sink faucet barely delivered a thin stream of water. The tub drain was so slow that it pooled up during a shower. The furniture in our room was badly in need of replacement. There were no modern conveniences, such as USB ports or extra electrical outlets for charging devices. The hot tub was out of order. The beds and bedding were a bright spot."

"We were welcomed by the nicest woman with a friendly smile. She gave us a lot of information about the area and hotel. Our room was very clean. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Our bathroom was very clean, which is so important. Breakfast was delicious and so much to pick from. Best Western was a great choice. Thank you! "

"Our room was on the 4th floor, however the elevator was inoperable. It was difficult to climb the stairs for my husband. The hot tub was not working, which was a huge disappointment also. I will call ahead next time to ensure that everything is in working order. Not quite the stay we were expecting."
