"Very nice and clean accommodations. The breakfast was good with a nice variety of items. The pool was beautiful, though we personally prefer an indoor pool to protect from sun and other weather. We were surprised at the barking dog noise in the room next to us and assume that animals are allowed to be left alone. There is a need for this for those who travel. We were just surprised. Staff was very pleasant."

"It wasn’t disappointing, just kind of “meh” — nothing special, but for the price I didn’t expect much more. Beds weren’t very comfortable and there weren’t enough outlets to charge phones or laptops. We arrived at 5:40, but apparently if you get there after 5:30 you have to let them know ahead of time. I wish that information had been better communicated, as we ended up waiting a while for an employee to help us."

"I normally have an incredible stay at the Heathman but this time not so much. I had poop smeared in my bathroom upon checking into the room. The a/c was not working well and I sweated all night. The front desk lady was rude and made me feel like a hindrance for asking the poop be removed from my bathroom. I will say—there was one front desk lady that was super kind and helpful. The restaurant was also delicious per usual and they were really kind. Be mindful that the kitchen closes before...

"My family and I enjoyed te facilities and staff. The hotel is situated in a great location near shopping, dining and freeway access. We will gladly visit My Place again!"

"Staff super friendly, clean for the most part we just had really noisy neighbors maybe when they build this hotels add more insulation so it won’t be as noisy also no carpet we loved it but also doesn’t absorb the noise from upstairs"

"The place is a bit dated, but for the money the value is there. It's safe and secure, rooms are clean and they offer a hot breakfast and we're very helpful with early check-in. This was my second stay at this property and only a $25 Lift ride to the airport!"
