The staff went above and beyond to make sure my friend and I had rooms that joined, even though we booked them on separate platforms and made this request at check in. Beds were super comfy and the room lay out is great. My only complaint is the water pressure in the shower. For such a nice bathroom, I was expecting more pressure. "

The breakfast area was the most neatly laid out that I have ever seen and the hostess did not let anything run out."

"I came at 10pm and they made me talk to them through a window by the front door in the cold. They wouldnt even open the lobby even though it wasnt that late and they knew i had a reservation. I got to my room and it smelled like smoke, suppose to be smokeless. It was dirty with hair on the bed. Grime in the shower and sink. Walls were visibly dirty with hand marks. They did not clean my room inbetween even though i stayed several days. I will not be going there again."

"The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. I loved the hot tub. The 2 staff members I interacted with were very courteous and helpful. The outside of the hotel looks a bit old but the inside was nice and up to date."

"The kitchen did not have any cooking or eating items at all. There was a sign implying you could purchase some at the front desk. The "breakfast" was coffee, some oatmeal packets, two breakfast bars, and one tiny muffin. We were there during the beginning of "breakfast" hours and there wasn't even enough for us 3 to all have 1 tiny muffin. There was hair all over the tub and shower curtain as if it was not even cleaned. I would not stay again"

"Don't stay here. They don't have an elevator, or provide housekeeping to start with. We specifically requested housekeeping before leaving for the day, stating we'd need new towels. After being gone for over 8 hours we found that housekeeping never came. My husband had to go downstairs to ask them to clean the room up. We couldn't call downstairs because the phone isn't actually plugged in or usable. It's just a prop. The lack of an elevator is inconvenient at best and not ADA complaint I'm...
