"Clean and modern accommodations friendly staff and accommodated us when my wife lost her bracelet and the staff turned it in. So when we called they had the bracelet and we picked it up."

"We had specific issues because of the age of the room. The toilet was very low, was not tight and rocked and would not fill properly. One of the bedside lights which was hardwired would not stay on. Wiring issue? We were advised to ask for a newer room."

"We had a lovely birthday weekend at White Oaks. It could have been marred by the fact that our deluxe room looked nothing like the photo. After complaining we were switched to a room that did match the modern look if the photo with the led fireplace. My massage at the spa was also delightful. We will come back!"

"We really, really enjoyed our quick trip here immensely. The location is fabulous, the rooms are very large, and it had everything we needed. It’s tucked into such a cute little neighborhood as well and not far from NOTL. We definitely want to return!"

"Very clean room, easy to access hotel from highway, close to shaw festival theater. Staff were extremely friendly and engaging from the front desknstaff to the dinning room staff. Food was good in the restaurant. Overall great stay."

"The Price was ok, but it is an aging property that could use some TLC. they have obviously updated the equipment (TV, microwave, fridge) and the AC seemed brand new, but along the floor of the bathroom there seemed to be some mold. The rest of the bathroom was very clean."

I truly appreciate that when I stay somewhere Second - the property does look somewhat run down, but it is a place to sleep and it was peaceful inside the room and just fine! Not everything is how it seems. Third - the bed was comfortable and the pillows were great, just the carpet felt cool on the feet. "The room looked newly renovated and very clean. Practically everything was new in the room we stayed in. The staff barely spoke English and weren’t very nice. I messaged them on here along with called them countless times before hand to make sure everything was correct and never got a response once. "Staff were very friendly, and helpful. However, my room was not great. Mainly issues in the bathroom cleanliness. Thankfully the bed was comfortable. Plus there was a very heavy perfumy air freshener smell throughout the hotel that gave me a bit of a headache. Then to top it off the air conditioner in my room crashed with a lot of noise at 3am one morning."
