"Wifi and TV was not working only in the 1st floor. Staff did not inform customers regarding those issues which happened several days ago before our stay."

"I arrived early and they were able to check me in--much appreciated. The room was clean and quiet, and super convenient to be able to park right outside the sliding door. The adjacent restaurant is quite good and obviously a popular spot for locals. Very quick to get back on the highway."

"I visited the St Catherine’s beaches with my family which includes 2 small children. We searched for a room at last minute and this hotel looked good in pictures and was reasonably priced. We were happily surprised that everything in person looked exactly as in the pictures. The property was well maintained. It was clean and looked almost new. A/C worked well. The beds were comfortable. I do not give it 5 stars for 2 reasons. We were given a room that had as view the roof from another building...

"The balcony was over the pool, it was like a resort. Our room had a microwave and a mini fridge, very useful."

"We had specific issues because of the age of the room. The toilet was very low, was not tight and rocked and would not fill properly. One of the bedside lights which was hardwired would not stay on. Wiring issue? We were advised to ask for a newer room."

I did not expect a charge for parking. We arrived just before 9 PM and left before 8:38AM. No coffee station. No free breakfast to be able to grab quickly. We would not book here a second time. "

"you could rate this place a 2 or a 5 star. 2 if you need clean modern place. 5 if you want to see freighters go through locks. Room is dated n weird smell. The place is pretty old. Also can't check in past 10 PM. Big plus which is from balcony you see freighters go through locks. If you want to drink a beer n see freighter going by this is the place for you."

"We love staying there, but it's only about 2 or 3 years since the stayed there. This visit The TV was busted, the shower curtain wasn't working.There was just so many little things in the room that could have been fixed.We were a little disappointed. I just feel like the hotel just needs a little bit of sprucing up or a makeover. But the staff are always lovely and the rooms are always clean."
