"Beautiful chic hotel. I chose the deluxe room with terrace. The terrace spanned the entire face of the building and was styled as a living room ~ wonderful. The perfect space for my German Shepard. Breakfast was to point with delicious cheeses, grain bread and eggs made to order. Staff was gracious and helpful. The only downside is all of the outdoor windows are lined with bright LED lighting. "Hotel is outstanding, it’s over 500 years old and it’s immaculate, food was great, very quiet, first time we have ever stayed in a Palace, room was large with a King bed. My only criticism is that it doesn’t have a true shower. Staff were so polite and accommodating ….we loved the place. Shout out to Lucia who checked us in made us feel so welcome. "The property was in an amazing location, very handy for Motorola train station and therefore all the other villages of Cinque Terre. The terrace was an added bonus to be able to sit out in the evening with a glass of wine and watch the sunset over the Mediterranean. The room was excellent with a small fridge and private bathroom. Finally, Lori, the manager could not have been more helpful on our arrival. I highly recommend this property."

"The staff was outstanding. I have travelled quite a lot and this was, hands down, the best I have ever had the pleasure to meet. Breakfast was varied and fresh. The view from our room balcony were breathtaking. We will certainly be staying here when we return."
