The hotel is convenient to restaurants and shopping. Parking is tight, but we were able to find a spot on the street. We walked to the train station to take the train to Cinque Terre. The morning breakfast is lovely, and the staff at reception is very accommodating. This is a great little hotel!

Nice hotel close to everything. Appreciated that they had parking available for a fee (need to reserve ahead of time) since parking around the hotel is very hard to find. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Had a really nice breakfast and was well located.

Very clean hotel, the breakfast buffet was good. Lots of fresh fruits, meats, cheeses and good coffee. The room was clean. The staff were all friendly and helpful - especially the front desk ladies they were wonderful. Close to the train, food location. Would stay here again

We reserved parking which was next to the hotel. Breakfast was fresh European style. The king sized bed was huge- they put 2 twins together. Nice hotel. The elevator is really small it fit 2 people with 2 large pieces of luggage and that’s it. Staff very helpful. Would stay there again.

Really nice staff. Let us check in a few hours early. Didn’t realise the minibar was free until the last night! Never mind. Bear in mind its location as it can be fairly noisy as expected with hotels in the city with traffic and city services. Perfect location though. Thanks. Steve & Emma

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. They made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel itself was great, and we truly enjoyed our time here. If we are ever back in this area, we will definitely choose this hotel again. Highly recommended!

Excellent location, close to two major pedestrian streets and the large market area. Outstanding breakfast buffet. Rooms were typically smaller, as common in Europe, and lacked sitting - no chair/couch or similar, and no counter space at all in bathroom.
