"The food, hotel and experience was by no means what we expected and not in the good way. It definitely seemed like reviews were skewed, however there were some amazing people we met on the trip and tried to make the best out of the time were there. Do not recommend nor will will we be staying under this hotel brand again. "

"Amazing stay. This place is fantastic. Staff are so friendly. We did not eat here but the drinks were great! My only complaint is that they have a lovely infinity pool but the beach view is blocked by the “exclusive member” cabanas. A few loose tiles in the pools but I am just being picky. Great stay!! "

"Room was warm, AC did not work well. Room was dirty and when I complained, I was meet with “it’s fine, it’s not a big deal” I requested a room change and they were not willing to do until I requested to speak with manager. I was moved to a ti y room that was dirtier, but ac worked better. Staff was not friendly, or helpful. A few servers were the only pleasant experience. This was my first time in Puerto Vallarta and I will NEVER go back. I have lots of better options to take a vacation."

"The staff was amazing, friendly and very helpful. The room was clean except the curtains which they promptly replaced. I did not use the spa, it was a bit too expensive. I used the gym daily, staff was very nice, gym was clean. The pool was very nice and clean as well. I would go back with my family, it would be great to get senior discounts or family discounts. Also I must say the buffet breakfast was outstanding and the staff was amazing."

"We reserved the room with the swim out pool. It was extremely convenient and relaxing. The pool areas were extremely quiet, so preferred staying at our pool or the beach. To access the beach you have to walk over to the sister hotel. There is plenty of mosquitos so don’t forget bug spray. The room itself was spacious. The bathroom did have an odor that was not pleasant and got stronger as the days went on. The door casing for the sliding doors was not properly sealed so our last day and 30...

"Everything about my stay at La Puesta was wonderful. I was traveling solo for the week and La puesta was the perfect place for a solo female traveler. The pool is gorgeous. My room (Sunset Suite) was large, clean, the giant bathtub was a huge plus and the views from the balcony were stunning. Food at the restaurant use incredible, but the best part of the stay was definitely the service and staff at the pool/restaurant/bar.
