"I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I was so frustrated and tired my entire stay. I didn’t get to relax how I wanted to on my trip. The place is beautiful but it’s to massive! No one tells you have to hike to get anywhere. In 2 hrs we walked 13,000 steps! We were going in circles, the employees weren’t much help, they kept telling us to go different directions (wrong ways) maybe because the place is fairly new and employees still don’t know their way around but it was very upsetting. ...

"Pésimo internet, cargos escondidos, “late checkout” con costo, vasos extremo pequeños en bar, solo un bar y medio para todo el hotel… a los niños les cobran todo incluido pero sufren discriminación y solo pueden usar 1 “buffet” de los tres restaurantes que tiene el hotel… el servicio a cuarto cuesta 150 cada vez cada platillo … NO VAYAN "
