Khách sạn Flamingo , Nuevo Nayarit

"We did not realize at flamingos we only got access to half the resort & our sides beachfront restaurant was closed for renovation. But we upgraded and switched to the La estancia side to get full access to the amenities. But then our room was bare bones. We had no water or drinks (like we had in other room) but we had one broken coffee pod . Even when we told front desk they stalked the fridge which was nice, but no coffee. It was just odd and considering during the day the only coffee available...

"Excellent property, we've been visiting for 15 years and we love it. This time though the staff seemed disconnected and rude. We are always welcomed with a glass of sparkling wine, this time just a bottle of water and then served the wine just when asking. We travel as a big family and booked a studio and a 1 room suite, and as everyone who knows this property also knows this types of rooms when together can be connected as a big apartment. We were told we had them together just to find out this...

"It was important that we had a balcony. And the management took it upon themselves too allow my daughter and I to sign a release. And it was so wonderful we enjoyed our room at 413. The beds were very comfortable in the shower had a lot of pressure and the view was amazing pool and ocean. The staff in the restaurant were fantastic."

"Really nice room and very spacious. Also a large patio overlooking the beach. The refrigerator in the room was extremely useful. Front desk very nice and helpful. Breakfast was great."

"El hotel está enfrente del mar pero hay piedras entonces tienes que irte mas lejos, el desayuno muy básico y el huevo muchas veces crudo. Esta cerca un McDonald's, un Starbucks y muchos puestos es justo donde comienza el Malecón. Las habitaciones limpias y bonitas"
