"A few years ago, we did stay at that best Western and got treated so amazing clean location. The pool is working. The hot tub was working. Service was being provided as the industries name hospitality…… however we went for a one night stay this past Saturday and upon checking in the black lady was just rude and disrespectful, like she didn’t really want to work to service a guest that at the end of the day pay her check she Gave us a room that the sink was clogged in the bathroom door did not...

"My room was facing the train track and it was loud at night at certain days. It wasn't every night. Nothing the staff could have done about that. There was a loud dripping sound from my bathroom vent that went on a for a while at night on one of the nights. Otherwise, decent place and good value."

"We arrived around 10:30 pm. There was no attendant at the front desk, only a note to call the attendant. I called and no one picked up, but the phone up front rang loudly. It took about 4 minutes for the attendant to come down and check us in. As we walked to our room on the 2nd floor we caught the smell of marijuana. Room was clean and fresh. The breakfast was great. The attendant at the breakfast was cheerful and helpful."

"My dad and I stayed only one night, parking is plentiful, staff is helpful, room is super spacious and clean. The things that weren’t great were that there were no towels left for us, thankfully my dad had brought one from home. "A great location, near shopping areas, Toyota Stadium, to catch a great baseball game, quiet area. Our room was ready, very clean and the staff were very professional."

"Overall is clean, rooms are spacious and the staff is welcoming! The location of the property is ideal and offers easy access to the interstate highway with numerous restaurants and stores nearby! The pool area also has a nice deck and the breakfast has a great variety in the morning! All of the in room, amenities and kitchenette resources are new with a spacious refrigerator and decent cabinetry space as well."

"Gave it 5 stars because it was nice for an overnight stay. The kitchen was not well equipped so for an extended stay it wouldn’t be adequate. Nice stove and kitchen area but 2 skillets is all there was to cook with"

"The breakfast was surprisingly good. The TV was malfunctioning, but it wasn’t that big of a deal. The desk was very helpful with any issue. Clean rooms, nice staff! I will definitely go back!"
