"We had to call the local number on the closed office door to find out how to enter our room. We did not get this information from Expedia and we were unable to connect with Expedia on my phone because of poor service in the area. The local woman who answered the phone was very helpful and the room is just what we expected."

"Upon arrival the room was clean, but before coming we called and asked if there was body wash, shampoo, and conditioner and we were told yes. After a long drive and arriving at 9pm, we had issues with our TV and someone came and fixed it and then left and then we noticed when we tried to shower that there were two bottles of conditioner and no shampoo or body wash. "Nice standard king room, in very nice condition, clean and well appointed. Old hotel upgraded for all required amenities, very enjoyable. Outdoor lunch and dinner dining during the summer, nice variety of medium to higher priced options, all our choices were well prepared and served. Recommend the locally sourced lamb chops and wild game sliders. Bar service was excellent. Breakfast available in the dining room, or simpler quick options in the coffee/gift shop. "This place is always amazing! We go every year and the pool is the best for the littles to get out extra energy. They’ve also added more to their hot breakfast which is great and staff is always friendly. My only complaint would be the hot tub is out again. It’s a finicky thing with a mind of its own, but over all we love this place."
