"When I checked, then I asked if there was a restaurant and they said yes I said how late is it open? They said till nine it’s right around the corner. I couldn’t find a menu anywhere so I went to the front desk. Nobody was there 15 minutes later I came back and there was someone from the office there they didn’t have any menus they made me a copy of the menu. Turns out the restaurant wasn’t even open that night. I had invited a date and it ruined my entire plans. Nobody knew what they were...

"Don't waste your money here. This has to be the worst Holiday Inn I have ever stayed at and I doubt I'll stay at another one again because of this experience. The WiFi only worked in the hallway and in the lobby - not at all in the room, which was insane for a hotel in 2026. I was there on a business trip and really needed the WiFi to work. Also, the TV in the bedroom didn't work. I went to the front desk to ask for help and the employee told me there was nothing he could do about the WiFi and...

"Suite was a great size, plenty of room to spread out and work, rest, and/or sleep. The couch in room was stained, The garbage cans in the hallways were overflowing. The TV kept losing signal with the satellite dish. Pool and spa were very nice. Staff was outstanding!!"
