It was very small and not much room for 2 suitcases. Not enough storage space to unpack. Signage in the room said that towels and sheets would be changed every 3 days, however, our weren’t changed and we had to call for towels 3 times. Staff were very friendly. It looks like the hotel has been somewhat been renovated but there are aspects that are still unfinished. The lamps and hinges have rust on them, the paint needs touched up, and the doorframe paint is chipped. "

"Well I asked for more pillows was told they couldnt get to them they were locked up. I tried to get breakfast at th hotel and it took 1hr and 30 min because there was only 1 guy running all the food. And then to top it all off I couldnt get in the hot tub whcih was the only reason i booked it because it wqs broken and ice cold. The manager I spoke with was super nice and understanding."

"The hotel looks great from the outside and on the website. However, when I arrived at 4 p.m. to check in, the experience was disappointing. The carpet had a lot of debris—candy wrappers and pieces of tissue. The front desk staff seemed tired, as if it was time to end their shift. The room was very poorly equipped: no hangers, no tissues, and the hand soap was already half open. There were also issues with basic amenities—no tissues at all, and the remote wasn’t working. I would not book with...

"They don’t offer shuttle service to the paks anymore, we found cockroaches in our room, never stay there anymore "

"Spacious rooms a lot of things in walking distance Busch Garden across the street adventure Island five minutes down the street and they also had a bus that would take you to these destinations so you won’t have to pay for parking. That was really nice. The staff was very friendly and hard-working 3rd Shift concierge was very lovely."
