"The staff at the resort were extremely helpful and friendly. They really took great care of us. The Tavern and Town restaurant has excellent food. It is under separate control as the breakfast staff there had a different attitude than the resort staff. Breakfast was supposed to begin at 8am. The door opened just after 8 on both days we wanted to eat there. The food is served buffet style but not at 8am and not with a great attitude."

"I stay here almost exclusively on my annual visits to Key West. Staff is always super helpful, courteous & polite. The "Venetian" pool is so impressive with its design & the shell fountains, plus the surrounding outdoor bar & breakfast buffet area is has a super local/island feel. The rooms are always in great condition, very clean & well stocked. I love how the hotel is elevated so there are so many parking spots underneath to provide cover. The continental breakfast is fantastic! I'll be back...
