"Small, outdated rooms. Very noisy we couldn’t sleep the whole night ! The stuff was nice though especially Tim who helped me very much with the check in process. The price is way too high for this kind of hotel and will not come back"

"Elevator was down. All of them. My dad is handicap and their only solution was to give him “waived parking fee”. Not really a solution… in the meantime, I’m Hauling everything up 4 flights of stairs. They should’ve waived the parking fee for everyone. We’ve stayed here before. And came back an again. The overall experience is okay. Just the elevators being down were a huge pain."

"The staff are very friendly and very accommodating. We had a late flight and they graciously extended our check out a couple hours. The grounds are lush and beautiful. Felt like a secluded tropical paradise."
