"I honestly cannot believe this hotel is allowed to operate in this condition. From the moment I walked into the room, it was one problem after another. There were actual drops of blood on the floor, which is absolutely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about cleanliness and sanitation.
The toilet never stopped flushing the entire time and made constant noise, making it nearly impossible to relax. To make matters worse, there appeared to be an entire family of cats living right outside my window. While I like animals, I did not pay for a room overlooking what looked like a stray cat colony.
The furniture had strange slimy-looking smears on it that made me question whether anything had been properly cleaned. The curtains were stained with black dirt streaks and even had cigarette burns throughout them. The hallway smelled damp and musty, like something had been wet for years.
The only positive thing I can say is that the price was cheap, but I suppose you truly get what you pay for. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had.
2 out of 10. I would absolutely not recommend staying here unless you enjoy filthy rooms, strange odors, and constant maintenance issues."
"While the bed was clean and comfortable, the rest of the room was beyond shabby(not unclean but worn out). The hallways had random upside down furniture and tables. Did not match pictures."
"It was a lovely inn set in eagle state park. Only reason for my good rating was the bed was too high and wasn't really comfortable. Everything else was top knotch...from the eco-friendly practices to the tasty breakfast."
"We thought we had booked the room for the night of our arrival but found out we were off by a day. Called the check in number and was helped by a very understanding person who made it possible to stay that night. After a long day of traveling this was a wonderful outcome. Room was clean and plenty of towels to go around."
"Room was clean but had a weird smell (cleaning solution). It was also a little cramped. Gym was small. Didn't get a chance to check out breakfast. Staff could have been a little more friendly. Had to go down to the lobby ourselves to get more towels. They seemed a little bothered that we even asked. "
"Very spacious cabin with plenty of room for a family of six or seven. The cabin included two queen size and two double beds, private hot tub, and kitchen with everything you’ll need. "
