"Recommend that the gondola be opened before 10am on a Saturday in the summertime. There are many families who would appreciate the opportunity to ride it in the morning. Seems like a missed opportunity to foster a wonderful guest experience."

"We really enjoyed our stay! The booking process was great, and the condo was clean where it mattered most — the bedding, bathroom and kitchen were all very clean.
The unit itself is a little dated and could use some refreshing. There were also a few decorative items and areas of the outdoor space that could use some attention.
The biggest downside was the sofa bed. The mattress was very thin and uncomfortable, so I do think it’s something that should be replaced.

"Constant banging from 7:30 AM right until 5 or 6 PM everyday of our stay. Workers were right outside the walls and at all levels (elevated work platforms).
AFTER I booked it was stated there was some siding work in the area, this was completely misleading, as the siding work was completely on the unit we were in. loud banging of hammers constantly and looking in the windows. No privacy, it was very uncomfortable for the entire family.
We should be strongly considered for a substantial credit...
"One room is better than the other.It will be nice if all the floors are replaced with laminate rather than the old carpet. Overall it is good for family and longer stays."
