"Our overall stay was adequate. The room was clean when we arrived. The breakfast was quite nice with many warm options. What I did not like was after our first night we were away for the majority of the next day, When we returned, our used towels had been replaced, but our beds had not been made up. Also the bathroom only had a "rainfall" shower head, which is inconvienent when you don't want your hair to get wet. Also the ice machine on our floow was not working. There was no sign on it stating...

"Great airport hotel, nice size rooms, clean and comfy. Newly renovated rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice bar with great pizza! We were a little nervous, with the first come first serve shuttle basis with a large group waiting before us however, it is almost a small bus and takes quite a few people."

"The coffee and the carrot soup at the restaurant were first rate.
The room however, would be right at home at Value Village. Shoddy paint job. Goodwill stick-leg furniture. Looked like it was put together randomly, nothing matched anything else, and the cost of the room certainly didn't match expectations associated with either Sheraton or Marriott. I've stayed in hundreds of them, and this was the poorest attempt at decor I've seen."

"The rooms are comfortable overall, and the bed provided a restful night’s sleep; however, they are beginning to show wear and need updating. We especially enjoyed having a jacuzzi tub, but unreliable hot water limited its use. The elevators were also frustratingly slow. Updating the rooms, ensuring a consistent hot-water supply, and improving elevator service would significantly enhance the experience."
