"Enjoyed my stay more than I thought. Was a little worried it might be noisy with the casino but it was very quiet and calm on the room floors. The front desk staff were so nice and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Shower was unique with just a half glass wall which let the water get out on the floor despite the shower rug, but floor was not slippery so it wasn’t a big problem. Only real issue I had was the bathroom light just coming on automatically without a way to disable that...

"Very grateful that this hotel had an actual functional (non-Tesla!) EV charger, albeit only one that was working. I am lucky that no one else was using it, since it was a Level 2 charger and I needed to charge from my arrival at 4 until midnight to get the charge I needed for the following day's trip. There were actually two chargers but only one seemed to work - it would be great if the hotel would fix the other one. Schenectedy is a sketchy city and I was hit up by a panhandler in the parking...

"The worst night I have ever had in a hotel!!!! The noise was absolutely ridiculous!!!! It was loud during the day all day and continued until 12:30 am the following morning! I brought my dog with me and it was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. Lots of sketchy people hanging around and the WiFi was awful! 125.00 for terrible night! I will never stay here again and I don’t recommend this hotel!"

"Based on the pictures of the rooms I picked a king suite. It was nothing like the picture. A bed and a sleeper couch were crammed in a small room. The sleeper was so uncomfortable (very old) I would have been better sleeping on the floor and the sheet on the couch was dirty and ragged. The outlet near the bed was sunk into the wall so I couldn’t charge my phone. I will never stay there again!!!!"
