"Would stay here again. Clean and comfortable rooms. Hot breakfast was very good. Guests get to use the fitness center and pool next door, which is awesome. When the ice machine broke down in the morning, they had a repairman come in quickly to fix it. Room AC worked well on hot summer days."

"The property needs a lot of work. Our sheets kept coming off the bed and they were on inside out. Not quite sure they fit the bed. The lights by the sink and mirror were not very bright. The tub drain was broken and looked gross. The sink drain looked gross and the number on the outside of our door kept falling off. I know they have only owned the property 6 months so I hope they are still trying to fix the place up. The lobby looked clean and new though. The staff was very friendly"

"We liked the idea of the property. The vastness of it and the multiple inside staircases. We did not like that the pool was not working, that there was only 1 ice machine per floor. We did not like the general rundown appearance of the place. The big empty pool in the middle of everything did not help that vibe."

"Room was great. It was getting late at night when I arrived and I asked about a laundromat and they offered to do my laundry for a small fee. It was great and saved me a ton of time. "

"We arrived late at night to be greeted by a sign saying staff would be back in a minute. We waited for thirty minutes along with several other guests. We searched the entire premises, there was no visible staff anywhere on site. We tried to call, we could hear the phone ring—but no one answered. We were unable to check in as no staff arrived."

"When we stayed there, there were several utility and trucks that took up a lot of extra space I. The parking lot. Seemed a bit short on parking spots during the 2 nights we stayed there."

"Suite was great for a budget-friendly 5 day stay. Two full baths with a separate bedroom from the sitting area were perfect for us, and the larger fridge made it much easier to keep our cooler items cold. The bedroom TV signal needed adjusted, but I forgot to mention that to staff."

"Was a beautiful, spacious, comfortable, clean facility all around. Delicious breakfast with actual dishes, not all disposable!"

"We stayed for 4 nights. Not once was our room cleaned. We had to flag a cleaning person down to get clean towels and our trash emptied. I made a request at the front reception to have our room cleaned. It was never addressed. I had a very disappointing experience."

"Can't blame the nice people working here for the terrible conditions at this joint. The room was so damp I was wet from lying on the sheets. It was so damp the little hand towel I wiped my hands with the first night never did dry over the course of two days! Even the chair was wet! There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. The ice machine worked but the refrigerator was not cold. The absence of any pictures on the wall left a creepiness value that maxed out the weirdness scale. The...

"There was a used wet face towel hanging in the shower when we checked in the room. There are stains on the sofa, chairs, and the fresh towels. Breakfast is good. Staffs are friendly. 24h gym is good, but there is no yoga mat."
