"Check in was easy and fast. I would like to point out that Kym was attentive and very nice. This is the place we stay when we come into Modesto. "

"Staff was fine. The room and bathrooms of both rooms smelled bad. The hot water for hot chocolate had black stuff in it. I had to pay for another room somewhere else due to not feeling satisfied with a Hikton facility. "

"There was no soap at the bathroom sink. Trued rinsing my hands and the sink was. Sink was stopped up had to call maintenance. Also only 2 baby bath towels available for use"

"The service was exceptional. My wife and I had a couple of questions and they went above and beyond to answer them and to find us a good solution. No problems just things we hadnt planned for on our trip. The Hotel is clean and well run. I didnt have the morning breakfast but went down there and it was a good selection and well kept up. Clean and filled. We didnt have any issues with sound or commotion. We stayed on a Saturday night and our room was at the far end of one hallway/2nd floor. "
