"The (relatively young) check-in desk employees were friendly, and the lobby was clean. The room was mostly clean, with a spare hair here and there. There are no blackout curtains, there is no pool, and the freeway can be extra noisy if you're on that side of the building. We were on the top floor, and the walls are solid, so we couldn't hear any of our neighbors. We stayed in a queen room with a kitchenette but did not realize the kitchenette came with absolutely nothing (no pans, plates, forks, nothing). The first day we arrived, we had one towel in our room. We went down to the lobby, as directed, to get another. However, no one was at the desk. Five families came through and left while we waited for someone to appear. We ended up calling via phone three times, which resulted in the phone ringing non-stop until it automatically hung up. After a bit, we saw an employee in the back room and yelled four or five times until they heard us. When we finally asked for another towel, they said they had none. My wife and I had to share one towel the first night. The second day, we went to ask for an additional towel, and they still had none. When we explained to the front desk employee what happened the day before, she had us wait and went into a few other non-booked rooms to take their towels for our use. We ended up with three total towels for our 4 days there. While the location was central and the surrounding restaurants were great, we probably won't stay there again. Good luck!"
"Our stay was excellent from start to finish. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff was friendly and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were spotless, the beds were comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. We truly enjoyed our experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!"
"The staff were incredibly friendly, nice and genuine. Both when I checked in, and when I went to leave. The room was totally clean and that was a huge plus. I ended up leaving 30 minutes before breakfast opened, but I was able to make a coffee and grab a glass of O.J. to start my day. The breakfast staff was very polite and didn't make me feel bad for being early. It did look like there was some nice options (Bagels, cereals, muffins, etc). Good parking, neighborhood looks a little sketchy, that's just my opinion. The only bad was when I got up at 530am to take a shower, there was ZERO hot water. I tried it turning the valve to different positions and nothing brought me hot water. That was a bad way to end what could have been a nice experience."
"Convenient location to go see concert at the Fruityard Amphitheater. LYFT AND UBER services this drop and pick up. Hotel is older, but newly remodeled and super clean. Great Shampoo, Conditioners, Soap. Breakfast and delicious coffee being served. I'd stay there again. Reasonably priced and surrounded by other retail and restaurants."
