Plus Florence - Hostel
A clean and modern hostel. A bit of a walk from the main tourist sites. We had a shocking experience checking in, the reservation system was down and the Reservation Manager was very rude and aggressive - totally unacceptable behavior.

Eggs were too wet, everything else great. At times air conditioning was on 23 but room was cold - seemed difficult to regulate Would be so nice if swimming pool was heated or if there was a hot tub

The location was amazing and the hotel was very clean. Very convient tram access just three stops from the city center. However, it got very hot in the rooms however.
