Close proximity to attractions. Very modern and clean. I would definitely stay here again. Only 1 negative thing is there is no elevator and apartment is on a high floor. So if you can’t walk up stairs then this place isn’t for you.

We stayed at an LVM property in Florence (3BR/2BA) that was clean and had working A/C, but the renovation was poor and the experience frustrating. The apartment is on the 4th floor (no elevator) with dangerously steep stairs. The kitchen lacked basics (no dish towels, paper towels, or spices). Noise from nearby clubs lasted until 4am, and the windows were so thin we barely slept. Midway through, we were forced to relocate due to a plumbing leak—while we were out on a day trip. We were told we’d be moved to a “luxury” unit, but it was dirty, hot (A/C didn’t work), and far from luxury. The shower flooded the bathroom due to a broken seal, and the upstairs loft was unusable for anyone over 5’5”. No window coverings in the main bedroom or bath—serious privacy concerns - the building next door had a window facing our window. I found hair on the bed upstairs. The bathroom had mildew and grime. In the kitchen there is one outlet for the microwave, kettle and toaster, so you have to disconnect to use one of them. I would not recommend staying at this property or any managed by LVM. The bait and switch shows that they do not care about their clients.

The apartment is not as advertised. 1 bathroom instead of 2 as advertised. 65 stairs to access the apartment. Also, requested refund or early departure but had no success.
