Dear guest,We believe your review is completely inappropriate and misplaced on several aspects:1. The address where the reception is located is well specified on Expedia;2. Always on Expedia, it is specified that the reception closes at 7:30 pm, so in case of "late arrival", you need to contact the hotel directly to organize the self check-in procedure (which you did not) and indeed, we just in the hope that you would be able to take possession of your room even if we had no news from you, we sent you an email to your personal email address with all the necessary instructions that unfortunately you have not read;3.
