"The Drury Plaza was a pleasant surprise. It was our first time staying at a Drury property and we found it to be a much better and more comfortable option from other similar chain properties at the price level. The Cincinnati Florence facility was clean with ample parking. Staff were friendly and efficient. Amenities such as complimentary and substantial evening snacks and microwaves in the room were much appreciated. The bed was very comfortable and the shower design and water pressure were great. The room was tidy, but there were popcorn kernels on the carpet when we walked in, probably from previous hotel guests enjoying the complimentary popcorn available in the lobby. We were traveling with our dog and we found the room size to be comfortable for two adults and our dog and her bedding placed on the floor. We were able to walk our dog on grassy areas around the property and there aresidewalks nearby but you are navigating parking lots and busy streets. All in all, a well-run, clean, and convenient property that provided us just what we needed - a good night's rest on a long journey home. Would definitely stay again if our travels bring us back in this direction and would recommend this property."
"The hotel itself is very nice, quiet and comfortable. Everything was clean, beds were soft, air conditioning units were quiet, it is actually a VERY good hotel for the price. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I stay here very often when I am home for a visit. It's a hidden gem right off the interstate. Bonus: hot breakfast. Eggs, biscuits and sausage gravy, waffles, toast/bagels/muffins, cereal. It's not overly fancy but it's a HUGE help for travelers to have that on site."

"Great location close to the expressway, close to the airport and close to many restaurants as well. Newer hotel, very clean and nice rooms. The rooms have a larger refrigerator, a dishwasher, sink, microwave and cooking top so it's more than a basic hotel room."
