I asked Belterra to give us a voucher since our daughter's golf tournanment for Saturday, 4/18 was canceled due to weather. I did not expect a refund. And she will play many tournaments here over the next several years. I did not receive a reply. That just isn't good business...you took my money, ...

We only had coffee. Outdated room . Staff was very friendly. Across from belterra casino. Room was clean but bedding was very old.

Very clean property and room. Staff was amazing throughout our whole stay. Breakfast and dinner were a big hit for us as we were traveling with children.
