"The staff is super nice but the hotel was disappointing: we cannot hang by the pool, the bathroom was not clean with water everywhere, there was no space to put our things and there was a very disturbing chemical sent sprayed automatically all day and night long. Finally, it was very noisy: we could hear a party, the family living next door and the nearby mosque. Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend this hotel."

No compensation offered, he only said it was miscommunication between the booking server and him and that the standard room is the SAME as the superior room. The room we stayed in had a broken bed, a window impossible to close, absolutely reeking toilet due to not working sewer system, the door lock stuck so the host...
